We’re building the operating system gyms actually need.
Fitness software in India is mostly broken spreadsheets, three WhatsApp groups, and US-built tools that don’t speak GST, UPI, or DPDPA. We built ClubMogo because the operators we worked with deserved a single platform that handles members, classes, payments, and communications — without the patchwork tax.
Our story
Every gym owner we talked to ran the same five-tool stack: one app for member CRM, another for class bookings, a payment gateway whose dashboard nobody opened, a spreadsheet for payroll, and WhatsApp for everything that fell through the cracks. The data never lined up. Front desk staff did double entry. Owners couldn’t answer “how is the business doing this week?” without an afternoon of reconciliation.
ClubMogo started as the answer to one operator’s frustration: “why can’t this just be one platform that actually works for an Indian gym?” We began with the boring layer — accurate member records, clean payments, working attendance — because nothing else matters if those don’t hold. Then we layered classes, leads, payroll, complaints, and finally the AI features that remove hours of manual follow-up from the front desk every day.
Today we’re in private pilot with a small cohort of operators across India — single-club gyms, boutique studios, multi-location chains, and PT-only outfits. Every release ships because one of them asked for it.
